1 General Terms & Conditions

Fbaze.bet (hereinafter referred to as "fbaze") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between fbaze and its users.

By using any of fbaze's services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply equally across all sections of the site — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and Virtual Sports.

Fbaze reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. For significant changes, users will be informed via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Fbaze's Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bangla version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To bet or play on fbaze, you need a valid account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. fbaze reserves the right to close any account created using false information at any time.

• Each person may only create one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not allowed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• After account registration, fbaze may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.
• To change the mobile number or email address provided at registration, you must contact the support team.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on fbaze. No one under 18 is permitted to create an account or place bets on fbaze. fbaze takes a strict stance on protecting minors from gambling.

If a user registers with a false age and is subsequently found out, the account will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on fbaze are simple, fast, and completely secure. Transactions are supported via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum single deposit is ৳1,00,000.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, it will be resolved within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawing to a different method is not permitted.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, fbaze may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending additional verification.

Fbaze does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on fbaze, make sure you fully understand the rules of each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless fbaze has the cash-out option enabled, in which case you may cash out within the specified window.

• All bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body or game.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fbaze reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet is ৳100; the maximum bet varies depending on the event and market.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time your bet is placed are final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Fbaze offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A specific rollover requirement must be met before the bonus can be used.
• Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds are generally withdrawable after 10–30x wagering. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus is listed on the promotions page.
• Cashback Offer: Weekly cashback is credited directly to your main balance and generally does not carry a separate rollover requirement.
• Referral Bonus: You can earn a referral bonus by bringing friends to fbaze. However, using multiple accounts to claim referral bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If you are using a promo code to claim a bonus, it must be entered at the time of deposit — it cannot be applied afterwards.
• Fbaze reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a safe and fair environment on fbaze:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to fbaze's systems.
• Exploiting bonus loopholes or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack or compromise another user's account.
• Participating in match fixing, insider trading, or any form of fraud.
• Depositing via money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using fbaze's brand, logo, or content without permission.

If fbaze finds evidence of any of the above activities, it will immediately suspend the account and may forfeit all remaining balances.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Fbaze reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• Failure to verify your identity or providing false information.
• If suspicious betting or financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• If the user voluntarily wishes to close their account.

To close your account, email support@fbaze.bet or contact the Help Center. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

Fbaze believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a time limit on how long you play.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel the need, you can self-exclude from fbaze temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: fbaze will periodically remind you of how long you have been playing.

11 Right to Amend Terms

If you continue using fbaze after any changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw any valid balance.
